Staging

We strive to park on limo row after dropoff for convenient pickup from the Top Circle area.

Pickup

If limo row is full, we may stage in Upper North Lot. If that is not available, pickup will be from the Jurassic Lot.

Service Area

Our Seat Shuttle provides door-to-door pickups in the areas we serve.

For requests outside our primary area, we may be able to coordinate but pickup time flexibility is required. Submit your request and we will let you know what is possible.

Seat Shuttle Timing

Pickup times are assigned to arrive at Red Rocks Top Circle Lot about 30 minutes before doors open.

Customers do not choose their pickup time on the shuttle. We handle routing and timing to get everyone there together.

Private Buyout Timing

You choose your pickup time. Arriving at or after doors open increases traffic and reduces the chance of staging on limo row.

Is this roundtrip?+
Yes. Shuttle seats and private buyouts are priced for roundtrip service to Red Rocks and back.
Can I choose my pickup time on the Seat Shuttle?+
No. Shuttle pickup times are assigned so we can collect riders efficiently and arrive at the Top Circle Lot about 30 minutes before doors open.
What if I am outside the main pickup area?+
We primarily run the shuttle with door-to-door pickups. If you are outside the main area, submit your request and we will tell you what timing flexibility is required to fill the ride.
When do you confirm the shuttle is running?+
We confirm at 12 hours before the event. The shuttle runs with a minimum of 4 paid seats.
How does payment work for the shuttle?+
You pay a $25 per seat deposit at booking. If the trip is confirmed at 12 hours before the event, we charge the remaining balance automatically. If the trip does not meet the minimum, we cancel and refund deposits.
Can I cancel my shuttle booking?+
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event, we refund your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event forfeit the deposit.
Where do you drop off and pick up at Red Rocks?+
We drop off at the Top Circle Lot. We strive to park along limo row after dropoff and pick up from the Top Circle area when staged there. If we cannot secure staging on limo row, we will attempt to stage in Upper North Lot. If that is not available, pickup will be from the Jurassic Lot.
What happens if traffic is heavy and we arrive later than planned?+
We build scheduling buffers to target arriving about 30 minutes before doors open, but Red Rocks traffic can vary. We prioritize safe, on-time arrival and clear communication.
What is the private buyout option?+
Private buyout means you book the entire Yukon XL/Suburban for roundtrip service. You choose the pickup time and we handle your group only.
What does private buyout cost?+
Pricing is based on pickup area. Zone A (Arvada, Denver, Golden): $325 roundtrip. Zone B (Boulder and Broomfield Counties, DIA): $385 roundtrip. Gratuity not included.
