SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number on the Kansai Fixer website and submitting a booking inquiry or requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Kansai Fixer related to your transportation services.

Types of Messages: You may receive the following types of text messages:

• Booking confirmations and trip status updates
• One-time verification codes for returning client identification
• Ride reminders, scheduling changes, and pickup notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive 1-5 messages per booking.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Kansai Fixer. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-consent.
